Our Story

​

Neutral Ground Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) was started in 1979 by two attorneys in their home and expanded into the private, non-profit organization that it is today. We are a dispute resolution center recognized under RCW Ch.7.75

Today we are located at the SonBridge Community Center, where we provide low-cost, quick and confidential services through state certified and trained mediators. Our clients are referred to us by the courts, businesses and individuals.

We are part of Resolution Washington, the member association for Dispute Resolution Centers in Washington State. Neutral Ground DRC receives funding from Resolution Washington as well as Walla Walla County and Washington State capacity funds. Other sources of  financial support comes from charitable giving and client fees.
